The air conditioner was not working properly in the afternoon

There is no restuarant in resort...plz kindly do with that somthing...on the contract or else or i have an idea about that caz im the customer i exactly knw whats exactly wants there...contact if for any suggetion caz there is many more u can do with that for the rrsort and the people and ur bussiness purpose so contact 8830554784

The size of the room.Water left daily in room.Bed and floors were always made up and cleaned.Location if you want to stay in Baga.Pool looked nice.AC in room.Kettle and fridge in room.

Very noisy resort - popular with families who have children who love screaming in corridors and slamming doors and having no etiquette for other guests.Towels are rationed.Doors and walls in bathroom are very dirty and mouldy.Used two pillow cases as pillows looked like they had mildew.No guests are allowed to visit the room.No taxis will want to come to the resort (or any hotel) it's a 'thing' in Goa. The hotel will have a bank of taxis that they will encourage you to use (at higher prices of course).

The room was dirty, and the air conditioning was not working during my stay. Staff is polite except reception.

Great serene place. Nice nature, Near the beach, Happening location. Good food options nearby.

Nothing. 1.There were stray dogs in entitr property which is security concerns. 2. No kitchen at all - You won't get a single glass of hot water/milk/Tea/Coffee.3. Room cleaning happens from 2:30PM to 5PM IST. No matter how dirty is room became, room cleaning happens after 2:30PM onwards.4. Same set of cup/glass will be given to you during stay. Cleaning staff will clean same cup/glass during cleaning and will be given same5. Hard plastic Cup/Glass are served during stay.

The room was clean which was good

The wifi wasn’t working at all , no restaurant at the hotel so no meals available . Even the dental kit was chargeable and not free which is weird .

How close to the restraints and shops it is but it is further than what it says to the beach.

Very noisy wildlife and advertised that there was a bar/restaurant there wasn’t one though.

Staffs were not supportive.... no one even listened to any of the basic requirements of a hotelWorst service worst staff no inhouse kitchen The entire two days of our stay it was raining neither did they provide us any food.They politely requested us to order food from outside and they will deliver it to our cottages.Cottages were really far from the reception neither they delivered the food we ordered from outside nor they provided us any umbrella.They have a shortage of staff shortage of umbrella No maintenance of the property.We had to run and fetch our food from reception in the Strom pathetic behaviour Staff were chilling at reception but could not co-operate with the service saying they have lots of check in every time.

Nothing there is to like ....very bad service

The property where the resort was huge and was quiet and very peaceful. Lakeside cottages were a bonus for us and after dark it was very beautiful. Staffs were also quite good.

There is no in house restaurant in this resort so you have to order food and drinks from outside. Bathrooms were not so clean.

I recently stayed at Primo Bom Terra Verde, and it was a thoroughly worst experience. I wish I could give a negative rating to this resort. the cottage is very dirty. Staff was rude. The water storage areas so called lakes are very dirty. Lots of mosquitoes in the rooms. and hygine was the big issue in the name of cleaning they are messing everything they don’t even clean kettle properly there was so many ants because of kettle not cleaned and the worstest nightmare is there staff they will talk to you like hell. I would suggest you please never stay in this cottage or you’ll regret it.

Only the only surrounding of rooms. The room from inside is dirty and doesn't look good and all fresh form inside ....not worth

The resort ambiance.

The staff was not co operative and I have asked for close by rooms and it was not given and I asked the staff to arrange but that was not considered and answered very arrogantly. The request was not even considered.

location is great, view from the room was awesome, staff was good, reasonable rates

cleaning was ok requires little bit more attention, ac cooling during summers afternoon
